NUTRITION OF JAPANESE FOOD
The Japanese’s daily diet is healthy and nutritional. They consume plenty of fish and seafood, besides seaweed and plants which have high nutritional values. This accounts for their longevity (life expectancy around 83 years old*) and low rate of obesity. Japanese not only create food like sushi and bento to be a feast for the eyes but are also truly tasty and benefits the body.
