SINGAPORE September 2019 ─ Residents, working executives and tourists at Katong and around eastern part of Singapore have a cause for celebration with their extensive 223 items new buffet menu and latest robots at Shin Minori (translated as New Harvest in English) Japanese Restaurant today.

For S$53.90++ for lunch and dinner (Mon to Sun, Eve of PH & PH), diners can choose from more than 223-items on their newly launch ala-carte Japanese buffet menu comprising of 7 varieties of fresh sashimi, 20 varieties of nigiri sushi, 16 varieties of aburi & inari sushi, 15 varieties of hand rolls, 23 varieties of fancy sushi rolls, many kinds of teppanyaki dishes, gyoza and tempura, 35 varieties of sumiyaki dishes and over 70 types of cooked dishes, mini hot pot & desserts. The restaurant welcomes families by offering the same menu to children less than 11 years of age at S$43.90++ for lunch and dinner (Mon to Sun, Eve of PH & PH). Children less than 5 years of age eat for free.

Another new highlight is the launching of the first 2 latest Plus L Pudubot Intelligent Robots (Named LOCO* & LOCA*) here in Singapore first local restaurant as service “staff”. Shin Minori’s vision is to redefine hospitality and change the way customers dine. Diners once seated can first view detailed food descriptions, food portioning and images of the dish item they are ordering via their existing E- Menu (Electronic Menu) placed on every table and they will be served their dishes by Loco or Loca at lower waiting time and with more efficiency & accuracy. Shin Minori aims to recreate a new dining experience for everyone!

“LOCO”, pronounced [ lˈə͡ʊkə͡ʊ] is a Spanish word that indicated or means: crazy. It is masculine gender, “LOCA” is feminine.

Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant is started by Angeline Wong, familiarly known as part of the team behind Hanabi, the family friendly Japanese restaurant at Bukit Timah and Odeon Towers. Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant first outlet was birthed on March 2007 at 81, Clemenceau Ave, UE Square, #03-15/16, Singapore 239917 and is currently faithfully serving residents, working executives and tourists in the center part of Singapore for the past 12 years.

An extensive selection of sake and shochu is one of the highlights of Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant. Sake lovers will be pampered by Shin Minori’s wide selection of sake and competitive pricing.

Specially priced set lunches for the working executives, who need to get a quick but good lunch at reasonable pricing, are available during lunch hour.
