Shin Minori is translated as New Harvest in English.
Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant is a restaurant offering quality Japanese food at affordable prices. Shin Minori sources for the freshest food from a wide range of suppliers to recreate the flavors of Japan. Diners can choose from an extensive ala-carte Japanese buffet menu of more than 220 dishes, comprising of a variety of fresh sashimi, various sushi types (including Aburi sushi, Inari sushi, etc), Ippinmono (appetizers), Mushimono (steamed dishes), Teppanyaki dishes, Agemono(Deep-fried dishes), Yakimono (Grilled dishes), Gohan & Men (Rice & noodles dishes), Nabemono (Mini hot pot), and many more!
Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant also have an extensive selection of sake and shochu in our restaurant. Sake lovers will be pampered by Shin Minori’s wide selection of sake and competitive pricing.
Shin Minori Japanese Restaurant first outlet was opened at UE Square in 2007, and their second outlet at Katong Square was opened in 2017. The family friendly restaurant is started by Angeline Wong, familiarly known as part of the team behind Hanabi since early 2000, the Japanese restaurant at Bukit Timah and Odeon Towers.
Shin Minori aims to redefine hospitality and aspires to create an uplifting service culture that each and every one of our customers will remember their pleasant dining experience with us.
